Shri Sudhir D. Panadare has taken over as Director ( Technical ) of RCF. He is Chemical Engineer from University Department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (now known as Institute of Chemical Technology). He is also a certified Energy Auditor by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). He joined the Company in year 1981 as Management Trainee and rose to the post of Director (Technical).
Shri Panadare headed the Corporate Department for pre project work of Thal expansion project and other projects and has visited various countries like Denmark, Egypt, USA, Ghana, Vietnam and Turkmenistan for business.
